As a school leader for the last thirteen years and more recently consultant leader, Mark has developed a reputation for leading and supporting organisations through significant and effective periods of change. Mark’s work as a school leader and champion of young people has helped him to develop a national reputation for promoting and using the ‘Well-being’ agenda to underpin success in young people’s lives.
