Kevin Harris

Kevin Harris is a community development consultant and writer who focuses on the ways in which policy relates to neighbourhoods, and local people relate to policy. He has almost 25 years’ experience in the community development field. He was previously a British Library Research Fellow, is a widely published writer, a survivor of a few Westminster task groups, and experienced at working with community groups of various kinds. He is chair of Watford Community Development Network, and author of the Neighbourhoods blog, which he has been publishing since 2003. Kevin set up the Local Level consultancy in 2005.
