 | Hanna El Hussein is chairwoman of the Regional Committee on Integration And Migration of the FDP in Berlin (Free Democratic Party). She has lived in Berlin for more than thirty years. Her parents were refugees from the Lebanon who came to Germany in the mid-1970s. She has been a German citizen since 1990. She has longstanding practical and political experience in integration work. Apart from her professional and political commitments, she supports families with Arabian background on a voluntary basis in her free time. In 2009 she was the candidate for the Free Democrats in Berlin-Lichtenberg (General elections to the 17th Bundestag). |
