Dan Schwarzmann is a partner in the London office of PwC where he has been involved in company restructurings and insolvency work since 1990.  He leads the 1,000 strong Business Recovery Services team.

Dan is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  He also has a Masters in Business Administration. 

Dan’s recent insolvency and restructuring experience has included the following:

• Various Lehman companies in the UK and overseas;
• Independent Insurance Company Limited, one of the largest UK insurance company failures;
• Keydata Investment Services; and
• New Star Asset Management.
