Soutik Biswas

Soutik Biswas has worked for over 20 years in Indian and international media as a journalist. He has worked in Delhi, London and Singapore. Presently, he works with the BBC News as its India Editor for the international news site. He has also covered important news events in the region, including the post-war situation in Afghanistan, the war in Sri Lanka and key events in the region, including the tsunami and the 2005 earthquake. He also writes for leading Indian publications. Soutik is also a Reuters Fellow from the University of Oxford.
