Sarah Cartwright

Sarah Cartwright taught both academic and vocational language courses in the 16-19 sector and adult education , 1978-2001, of which 17 years were spent as Head of Department at Islington Sixth Form Centre, City & Islington College. There followed a stint of five years at London Metropolitan University as PGCE Course Tutor for MFL.  In 2006 she joined CILT, the National Centre for Languages, where she has led the Our Languages consortium, a DCSF project promoting plurilingualism.
