Felicity Cloake

She has a weekly column in the Guardian, How to Make the Perfect… in which she aims to provide definitive versions of culinary classics, and also writes for Fire & Knives magazine, the New Statesman, the Daily Mail and Metro, amongst others. She was named Food Journalist of the Year, and won the New Media prize for her online work at this year’s Guild of Food Writers’ Award, and her first book, Perfect: 68 Essential Recipes for Every Cook’s Repertoire was published by Penguin in August 2011 |
