Tiger de Souza

Tiger de Souza is the Knowledge & Innovation Manager at v, The National Young Volunteers’ Service. He is the organisational lead on evaluation and impact measurement and managed v’s extensive formative evaluation, published in August 2011. In addition to this Tiger is also heavily engaged in programme design, utilising learning from evaluation and research to inform programme development and structure. He has twice featured on Radio 1 as the Sunday Surgery’s in house volunteering expert.

A former Volunteering England trustee (2005 – 2008), Tiger has worked for v since its inception in 2006 and prior to that worked in sports volunteer development for the National Council for Voluntary Youth Services and England Netball.
