Gideon Amos

Gideon Amos has worked in planning, architecture and sustainable development for a number of years, including at the Town and Country Planning Association promoting the concept of eco-towns as a response to climate change and housing need, where he also edited Connecting England: A Programme for Regional Development in 2007 and a “Programme for Sustainable Communities” in 2000.

He is now pioneering his own restoration project, a Commissioner with the Infrastructure Planning Commission and a Board Member of Swan Housing. He was awarded an OBE for services to sustainable development in 2009.
