Emily Kasriel

Emily Kasriel is an Executive Producer at the BBC, responsible for The Forum, the flagship ideas discussion show on the BBC World Service which she launched in 2008.

She previously ran the Arts and then Religion units at the BBC World Service; made a wide range of radio documentaries for BBC Radio 4, Radio 3 and the World Service, and has reported and produced widely for the BBC from across Africa, the USA, Europe, Australia, Israel, India and Sri Lanka.

She has written on ideas for the Financial Times the Independent and the Guardian, and is a trustee of the Wingate Foundation.  She was a judge of the 2011 JQ Wingate Literary Prize.
