Para Mullan

Para Mullan has fifteen years of experience in human resource management.  She is a senior project and business partner relationship manager at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  She manages a team of four project managers, overseeing the delivery of all web based project work.  Part of her remit is to work with the business to ensure that project work is aligned with strategy and vision.  Prior to this Para has worked in digital companies as a consultant and in Operations.  Her particular interest lies in researching how the increasing formalisation of interpersonal relationships at Work, impacts on behaviour. She is a member of the Battle of Ideas committee and has produced both discussions on work and human resources’.
