Bruno Waterfield is the Brussels correspondent for The Times. He has been reporting on European affairs for 15 years, first from Westminster and then from the capital of the European Union. He reported for the Daily Telegraph from Brussels from 2006 to 2015. Bruno is also a frequent contributor to spiked.
