Hugh Flouch

Hugh is the founder of Networked Neighbourhoods, an organisation using technology-based community development approaches to strengthen neighbourhoods and local economies.

Hugh’s work includes helping to establish online communities and their application for the local government and housing sectors and as a public service information network. He is also working with a shared value approach to supporting sustainable local economies. IN 2010 and 2011, he led a pioneering research project into the value delivered by local online networks.

Previously Hugh built up 20 years’ experience of consulting to organisations around leadership, selection, communication and organisational culture. Between 1995 and 2006, Hugh was UK Managing Director for a global consulting firm.
