Dr Owen Bowden-Jones

Dr Owen Bowden-Jones is a consultant addiction psychiatrist working at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Chair of the Faculty of Addictions at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

In 2011, Dr Bowden-Jones founded the Club Drug Clinic (www.clubdrugclinic.com), the UK’s largest centre specialising in treating those with problematic use of club drugs and legal highs. The clinic has pioneered new treatment approaches for these drugs as well as monitoring new patterns of harm.

Dr Bowden-Jones has provided evidence and advice on club drugs to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, Department of Health, Home Office and the All Party Parliamentary Group on Legal Highs.
