Sunder Katwala

Sunder Katwala is the Director of independent think tank British Future.  Its ambition is to inform and deepen the public conversation on issues of identity, immigration, integration and opportunity.  He was previously general secretary of the Fabian Society, leader writer and internet editor at the Observer, a research director of the Foreign Policy Centre and commissioning editor for politics and economics at the publisher Macmillan.

Sunder is an Evertonian, and was also a Southend United season ticket holder for a few years after moving to Essex in his teens.
