 | Andrew is an experienced operations professional and specialises in leading large and complex improvement programmes. Following an engineering degree, Andrew spent the early part of his career in the automotive industry in Europe and Japan with senior roles in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. He has used this experience to focus on companies that “make things”; helping both healthy companies looking to grow or highly distressed organisations looking to either downsize or close. Prior to joining AlixPartners Andrew was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in London. He also holds an MBA from the University of Oxford. |
