Paul Miner

Paul has worked at CPRE since 2002 and is currently Senior Planning Campaigner, as well as chair of the land use planning working group at Wildlife & Countryside Link. He has a BA in Politics from the University of Nottingham, an MA in Town & Country Planning from the University of the West of England. Paul became a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) in 2008 and Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS) in 2010. 

Paul has executed a number of successful campaigns: in January 2010 co-authored the major report Green Belts: a greener future jointly with Natural England, and in September 2011 was lead author of both the CPRE and Wildlife & Countryside Link responses to the Government’s draft National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). In his own time Paul cooks, writes poetry, and is an active member of the Lewisham Choral Society. Paul’s proudest choir singing achievement to date has been as part of the Paralympic Opening Ceremony choir in August 2012.
