Martin Cullingford joined classical music magazine Gramophone more than 11 years ago, during which time downloading and digital publishing have had a profound impact on music and magazines, and on how both artists and journalists reach their audiences. He became editor in 2011. Having grown up in Benjamin Britten country on the Suffolk coast, he read History at Girton College, Cambridge, then initially worked in financial journalism before moving to Gramophone. |
