Richard Hoare

Richard Hoare has been working on major infrastructure projects for almost 25 years.  He is a Chartered Engineer, a Barrister and an experienced programme director with hands-on experience of leading the delivery of large scale engineering and construction projects and capital investment programmes (both public and privately financed).

His roles have spanned the full breadth of project development, project management, structured finance, engineering, planning/scheduling, procurement, cost control and progress monitoring, mobilisation and start-up, as well as contract administration and commercial management.

He has experience from the rail, water, wastewater, oil and gas, energy and business services sectors and has worked in the UK, North Africa, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, Malaysia, India, Australia, Japan, Singapore and North America.
