Michael Shaw

Michael Shaw is programme director for online learning at TES. He joined TES as a reporter in 2002 and is its former deputy editor. He was one of the authors of Openness and Education, published this year by the United Nations University and the European Learning Industry Group. He is sometimes accused of inventing happy-slapping.
