Jen Lexmond

Jen is a social researcher and policy analyst, focusing on family and early childhood. She is interested in creating conditions that improve opportunity for the least advantaged in society.

Most of this work she does as Director of her company Character Counts, working with partners including Royal Society for the Arts, Brookings Institute, Design Council, Guy & St Thomas’s Hospital Foundation Trust, CentreFroum, and the all party parliamentary group on social mobility, Demos, and the government’s ‘nudge’ unit.

She is Dutch and American, and most at home in the UK.
