Carl Gardner

Carl is a barrister, and was a government lawyer for twelve years. As well as advising departments like HMRC, DWP and Health, he spent periods advising on EU law for the Cabinet Office, and at the Attorney General’s Office. He now teaches law for the Open University, and writes about law.
