Malek is a 22 years old youth worker, and is a Jordanian of Palestinian origin. Since 2010, he has been active in community work and development sector where he designs and implements leadership, critical thinking and debate programmes to youth in Jordan. He is also testing a pilot concept for introducing multicultural dimension to the refugee camp by organising multi-cultural exchanges where his organization hosts youth at the camp to come and live and to culturally exchange with the youth from the camp under different themes. His mission in life as an aspiring social entrepreneur is to introduce experiential learning methodologies to the educational system in Jordan and to make it part of the system. |
