Chris works in the motor industry, for Jaguar Land Rover, for whom he has held a wide variety of roles over his 30 year career. He has extensive experience in product development and delivery as well as business management. Most recently he has been involved in product marketing for JLR’s Special Vehicles organisation, focusing on the development of the company’s top-end products. He has spent several years living and working in the USA which gave valuable insight to different world views and culture. Chris studied Mechanical Engineering at UCL before moving into the motor industry in the Midlands, where he has remained ever since. He is a keen follower of Formula 1 and its activities both on and off the track. He enjoys driving and tending to his classic Mercedes convertible, as well as travelling, listening to music, and drinking wine – preferably combining the last three together. |
