Daniel Monk teaches criminal law and family law, and is the Assistant Editor of Child and Family Law Quarterly, and the Director of Birkbeck Gender and Sexuality (BiGS). He writes about children and the law (with a particular focus on the relationship between childhood, education and politics) and inheritance and sexuality.
