Freedom Challenge Pop-Up Video Booth

Sunday 18 October, 11.00 until 15.00, Level G Foyer Festival Attractions

The charity WORLDwrite which celebrates its 21st birthday this year and its Citizen TV station WORLDbytes are launching a Pop-Up Video Booth to mark the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta and inflate the debate on the liberty we need. From free speech, press freedom, freedom of movement, free association to the everyday freedoms we need, liberty lovers are invited to enter an inflatable booth and share their thoughts to camera to raise the banner for unfettered freedom. Relayed live to the big screen 80 speakers, guests and volunteers will inspire us with their 1 minute take on liberty over a 4 hour period. Drop by as you move around the Barbican, take an inflatable pew and listen in, or have your say in the booth in the free slots and contribute to the 80 resulting videos. Pick up a programme on the day to see when great some speakers are sharing their pearls of wisdom for this freedom challenge.
