Aoife Rosenmeyer

Belfast-born Aoife Rosenmeyer has been Zurich-based since 2008. As a freelance critic she writes on contemporary art for numerous art and architectural publications including Art Review, frieze and frieze d/e, and is contributing editor for Art in America and Art Agenda. In recent years she has contributed to catalogues for artists including Melanie Smith, Robert Kinmont and Clare Goodwin; she also translates art texts. In 2009 she founded the irregular and itinerant debate series art+argument, which has taken place in venues including the Kunstmuseum Bern and BolteLang, freymond-guth and Anne Mosseri-Marlio galleries.
