Justin Smyth is a librarian, and has previously worked as a translator, a language teacher and a tour-guide of Joycean Dublin.
He sits on the advisory board of the newly-founded journal Studies in Arts and Humanities and is the co-founder of the Dublin Salon, a public debating forum dedicated to free speech and unfettered inquiry.
