Phoebe Griffith

Phoebe leads IPPR’s programme on migration, migrant integration and community cohesion. She is also a research fellow at the Centre for Social Relations at Coventry University. Previously she was a programme leader at the Young Foundation, the leading think tank set up by social innovator Michael Young, where she led a research programme on the promotion of civility in modern Britain. As research and partnerships manager at the Barrow Cadbury Trust, she developed a major research and grant-making programme focusing on the challenges facing increasingly diverse urban areas.
Phoebe holds an MA in Latin American studies from the University of London and a first-class honours degree in modern languages from Oxford University.
