Emily Barley

Emily is chairman of Conservatives for Liberty, a campaign group which promotes libertarian thinking within the Conservative Party. She grew up in a northern working class community where she saw just how insidious big government can be. Emily believes that people make better decisions for themselves than politicians and bureaucrats make for them, and is passionate about the power of free markets to improve the lives of people on all levels of society.

Emily works as a freelance project manager and consultant, helping organisations get the most value from their research and reports, by making it more accessible to busy business and political audiences in multiple content formats.
