Adnan is an architect with international experience and an extensive background and involvement in large scale architecture and urbanism projects and research. After 10 years as one of three partners in a lab, Oslo based office, he has together with Thor Olav Solbjør, started a SAAHA, an international architectural practice that aims to create sound and innovative projects. As a partner in a lab he was central to the development of Barcode master plan project in Bjørvika, he was partner in charge of Hammerfest Arctic culture center project and was one of the responsible partners for the Statoil project in Oslo. Recently he was project leader for multidisciplinary team working on the feasibility study for the New Government Quarter in Oslo. He workes and collaborates with FAMA collection on the “The siege of Sarajevo Museum” and has done urbanistic studies for Medjugorje, village and place of pilgrimage in western Hercegovina Adnan has taught and held lectures in Norway, other countries of Europe, and Asia. |
