Mark Morrin

Mark is a Research Associate with ResPublica’s leading on localism and devolution to cities and city regions in the UK. He has co-authored Devo Max - Devo Manc, the influential think tank report which argued for devolving new powers to Greater Manchester; Restoring Britain’s City States, on behalf of the Core Cities Group; and The Missing Multipliers which makes the case for Britain’s mid sized cities.

Mark has contributed widely to research and policy developments in the UK with particular expertise in the fields of economic development, employment and skills. He has over 15 years of experience working with the public, private and voluntary sector.
