John Mair is the most prolific editor of books on modern matters journalistic.He has edited fifteen hackademic texts on subjects ranging from the Arab Spring to investigative journalism.
His latest The BBC Today: future uncertain with Professors Richard Tait and Richard Lance Keeble has just been published by Abramis.It features forty chapters from most of the movers and shakers in the debate about the the Future of the BBC.
He is a former BBC producer (he helped to invent Question Time a lifetime ago) and ITV and Channel Four too.
He has lectured at Kent,Brunel,Westminster and Coventry Universities.
