Anas is from Syria and has more than 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector working on social development programmes focusing on youth participation, skills building, and strengthening civil society. Anas worked with various organisations in Syria, the MENA region, and the UK as staff, volunteer, and consultant. He managed the Young Arab Voices Programme for two years (2013 and 2014). Anas has two masters degrees from the UK: MA in Youth and International Development from Brunel University, and MA in International Management from Exeter University. Anas is currently working with the Asfari Foundation as Programme Manager.
