Glynne Williams is Senior Lecturer in industrial relations at the University of Leicester where he leads the Doctorate in Social Sciences. He is researching: a) the impact of the changing retirement regime on employment relations, and b) union organising in multinational companies and their contractors. He is also a Debating Matters judge
