Sean Lang is a historian, broadcaster and playwright. He taught for many years in schools before moving into Higher Education. He has written popular history books, like British History for Dummies and First World War for Dummies, and he broadcasts regularly about history on local radio. He is also an award-winning playwright, and his work has been performed in Cambridge, Oxford and at the Edinburgh Fringe. He is a former honorary secretary of the HIstorical Association and he led the Better History Forum, which advised Michael Gove on the review of the school history curriculum. | |
