A chance for festival attendees to relax, continue the debates informally alongside jazz music played by musicians from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama one of the world’s leading conservatoires and drama schools, offering musicians, actors, stage managers and theatre technicians an inspiring environment in which to develop as artists and professionals.
Jazz Trio has been playing together for a few years; Helena Kay (saxophone) and Will Arnold-Forster (guitar) met at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where they studied together, and were introduced to Dario di Lecce (double bass) when he moved from Italy to London a few years ago. They enjoy playing music from the Great American Songbook and other well-known tunes from the jazz canon. Some of their heroes include Sonny Rollins, Charlie Parker and Jim Hall.
