Dr Terri Murray

Dr Terri Murray is director of studies at Hampstead College of Fine Arts and Humanities. She has taught philosophy, critical reasoning and film studies in secondary and adult education for more than a decade.

An essayist and former documentary filmmaker, she is a regular contributor to Philosophy Now magazine and has also written for New Humanist and spiked.

She is author of the books Thinking Straight About Being Gay: Why It Matters If We’re Born That Way and Feminist Film Studies: A Teacher’s Guide.
