Professor Adam Tomkins
MSP for Glasgow, Scottish Conservatives

A constitutional lawyer by profession, professor Tomkins spent 25 years teaching law (in London, Oxford and at the University of Glasgow) before becoming elected to the Scottish Parliament in May 2016. As well as constitutional issues, he has political interests in communities and local government, in cities and regeneration, and in poverty and welfare.
