Jeremy Browne
special representative for the City to Europe, The City of London Corporation

Jeremy is the Special Representative for the City to the Europe. His role is to represent the UK based financial and professional services sectors at the highest levels in Brussels and in EU Member States, with policy makers, regulators, central bankers, MEPs, Commissioners and officials, national governments and other key opinion formers. Since the referendum, the focus of the work is to discuss the impact of Brexit and the positioning of Member States with the City of London.

Jeremy was previously a member of the British Government. He was Minister of State in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (with responsibility for British relations with Asia and Latin America) and in the Home Office (with responsibility for Crime Prevention). He was the Member of Parliament for Taunton (2005-2015).
