Professor Paul Weller

Paul Weller specialises in issues of religion and belief, state and society and matters related to freedom of religion, belief, discrimination and equality. He has undertaken research for a number of organisations including the Home Office and the Arts and Humanities Research Council.

Until his recent retirement he was professor of inter-religious relations at the University of Derby where he is now emeritus professor and trustee of the multi-faith centre. He is also fractional professor in the centre for trust, peace and social relations at Coventry University.

He is academic editor of the Journal of Dialogue Studies, director of religion and belief research and training ltd and an accredited trainer of Belieforama, a European initiative in religion and belief diversity and anti-discrimination training.
