writer & journalist; founder Youthquake online
Founder and writer at youthquake online, a platform that aims to engage the millennial generation in political debate. She has also written for The Times, spiked online, British GQ and Heat Street.
Much of her writing strives to challenge the perpetuating notion that young people should be wrapped in cotton wool. From Universities to the workplace, online platforms to debates, a growing trend is rapidly immersing amongst her generation where the only way of confronting ideas they don’t like seems to be from a safe-space with our fingers in our ears. Izzy believes the millennial generation should be pioneering socially progressive discussion, not shying away from it.
She graduated from Cardiff University studying English Literature this summer.
