Daniel Dumoulin

Dan has worked in the Policy, Public Affairs and Research team at St Mungo’s for five years. He has expert knowledge around issues including rough sleeping, welfare and benefits, supported housing, immigration and employment support.
He has helped secure government funding for a homelessness basic skills pilot, as well as a commitment from government to do more for people sleeping rough who have mental health problems. In 2016 he authored a report widely reported on in the press and broadcast media; Stop the Scandal: an investigation into mental health and rough sleeping, published by St Mungo’s.
Dan is currently lobbying MPs to support the Homelessness Reduction Bill as it makes its way through Parliament.
