European politics reporter, Newsweek
Josh covers politics in Westminster, Brussels and across the continent for Newsweek, spending a large chunk of his time right now on the Brexit fallout (and still somewhat recovering from the referendum campaign trail). He’s also particularly interested in immigration, asylum and the far-right.
Before joining Newsweek, Josh was assistant digital editor at Prospect magazine, and he is a stubborn optimist about the future of good journalism on the internet. Even further back, he wrote for newspaper gossip columns and found celebrities a lot tougher than politicians.
