Vinay Gupta is a technologist and policy analyst with a particular interest in how specific technologies can create or close off avenues for decision makers. This interest has taken him through cryptography, energy policy, defence, security, resilience and disaster management arenas.  Vinay was the Release Coordinator for the Ethereum launch, a strategic architect for Consensus Systems, and is currently starting up a venture capital firm based on intersections between new technologies and better founder care.
