The third annual Battle of Ideas festival will be opened by Venu Dhupa, director of arts and creativity, British Council; Dr. Astrid Wissenburg, director of communications and information, Economic and Social Research Council; and Fiona Johnson, director of communications, General Teaching Council for England. Battle of Ideas committee member James Panton, lecturer in politics at St John’s College, University of Oxford will host the festival opening.
