Réka Kinga Papp

Papp is a civic video journalist at Hungarian NGO Green Spider Foundation, which produces short tasty videos on enviromental matters and human rights initiatives. She has been active in the civic movements since her early university years, tried marxism, feminism and the ecological thinking, and ended up as an engaged communitcation professional. She has organised and played in several political performances, such as the Budapest Complaints Choir, the local Rebel Clown Army, and performed love songs to corrupt politicians. Papp was amongst the founders of Hallgatói Hálózat, an organisation of higher education students who act up against recent the past two governments’ education policies and demand the autonomy of universities.
