Colin Tweedy

Colin Tweedy, LVO OBE, Chief Executive of London’s The Building Centre; previously chief executive at Arts and Business; Governor, University of the Arts; Director, Headlong Theatre (formerly the Oxford Stage Company); Secretary of the Global Advisory Board of the Mariinsky Theatre; founder and trustee, The Prince of Wales Arts & Kids Foundation; Senior Advisor to Futurecity, a cultural consultancy working with developers, local authorities and housing associations.

He is a Member of the Council for Charitable Support, a trustee of the Serpentine Gallery and The Ideas Foundation and a Council member of the National Musicians Symphony Orchestra. He was elected a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute (2002), is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) and was awarded Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order (LVO) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours, 2003.
