Paul Kilbey

Paul Kilbey is a writer and critic specialising in music. He has written for publications including Culture Wars, Huffington Post and the Guardian. He works as a contributor, Reviews Editor and Marketing Executive for Bachtrack, the web’s leading classical music concert finder and a major reviews site, and One Stop Arts, a listings and reviews site for the arts in London.

A masters-level music graduate from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, Paul’s particular interests include contemporary music and perceptions of classical and popular music in society. Technically, he has performed in venues including Symphony Hall, Birmingham, Ely Cathedral, and King’s College, Cambridge, and he has sung on an award-winning CD. He has spoken about the arts and journalism in Paris and London, and his writing has been translated into Norwegian. He also writes cryptic crosswords.
