Jonathan Fenby

Jonathan is China director and managing partner of research service Trusted Sources. He is the author of 16 books, eight of them on China, most recently Will China Dominate the 21st Century (Polity 2015). He is the former editor of the Observer, South China Morning Post and Reuters World Service, correspondent for The Economist and editorial executive at the Independent and Guardian.

He was made Knight of both the French Legion of Honour and the French National Order of Merit and has just published The History of Modern France: From the Revolution to the War with Terror (Simon & Schuster UK 2016).

He is a frequent broadcaster, conference speaker and contributor to publications in UK, Europe, US and Asia.
